My January TBR For 2025

My January TBR For 2025

Hey everyone. I’m disclosing my January TBR. It has been a very, very, very long time since I’ve been here. It is a new year and I am so ready to go back to my TBR-reading ways. After February of last year (that sounds so weird to type out), I hit the biggest podcast-kick ever and ended up leaving my audiobooks and TBRs behind. Before then, the last TBR post was..*checks notes* August 2023… Monthly TBR is a new feature where I discuss what books I plan to read every month. However, as it is a new year and I am (re)entering my bookish era, I am coming in full force. One of my goals is to read a little bit every day or at least one physical book a week. I’m not certain yet how I’ll determine what to read each week. I decided to go with wintery vibes for my […]

Monthly TBR: August 2023

Monthly TBR: August 2023

Hey everyone. It’s a new month and that means I’m finally going back to creating a monthly to be read (rather, listened) list for myself. It has been too long since I’ve created a Monthly TBR. Writing my TBR posts in the past have always been really fun for me and I loved doing them. I haven’t done them as much lately but I’m getting back to it. Given my audiobook listening history, I’ll just be sharing what I hope to listen to. I am usually able to get through roughly 20 titles in a good month. Monthly TBR is a new feature where I discuss what books I plan to read every month. I’ll be choosing ten from Libby and ten from Hoopla. I’m not sure if I’ll get through all of them, the occasional hold will be available or I may decide to purchase a new release through LibroFM […]

Monthly TBR: March

Monthly TBR: March

Hi everyone! I love putting together my monthly TBR, I find it inspiring to see how many books I can get through while at work. I’ve been doing super well at audiobooks and not too great at physical/kindle books but it doesn’t stop me from trying. This month is going to be very non-fiction heavy as all my holds came in and I’ve been saving them for this month. And I just really like them a lot. Monthly TBR is a new feature where I discuss what books I plan to read every month. ~Non-Fiction~ It will be a pretty heavy month with these seven ten books but I’m excited. I so wish I had been able to read White Fragility and How To Be An Antiracist sooner because a local book club discussed them, but holds at the library took a while. For good reasons, I’m sure! I loved […]

Monthly TBR: February

Monthly TBR: February

Monthly TBR is a new feature where I discuss what books I plan to read every month.   Hey everyone! I hope you’re having a good February and reading good books! It is all about catching up on backlist e-ARCs this month in regards to the audiobooks. Let me share: Overdrive – Mostly Audio The Serpent King, You Know Me Well and Jane Anonymous are for eARCs. Unfortunately, I can no longer think of The Serpent King without thinking of Riverdale so we shall see how the (completely unrelated) book holds up to it. Emma is for my one classic for the month, though I’d love to read more if I’m able… I’ve never read an Austen book. All The Things We Do In The Dark and A Treason Of Thorns are just for fun. Hoopla – Audiobooks Here is where all my old eARCs reading comes in: Ah, yes, […]

Monthly TBR: January ‘20

Monthly TBR: January ‘20

I decided that while I like updating my Twitter with my audiobook schedule, I would also like an official blog post for them every month. Monthly TBR is a new feature where I discuss what books I plan to read every month. I’m going to make this fun and break it into where I’m getting each book from and what form they’re in! It’s a goal of mine this year to read at least one physical book every month since I do most of my reading via audiobooks. I do miss actually reading though and some of the books I have…*gasp*…aren’t available to me in audio format. Plus some were gifts and I figured it would be good to actually read those too. I promise I’m not a wizard or witch (are they already the same thing?), I just have a ton of audiobook listening time. Overdrive – Mostly Audio   […]
