Looking Forward To is a monthly feature where I showcase all of the books, music, shows, movies and everything else that I am looking forward to for the upcoming month. You can view past months’ posts here. ~All The Blogging~ * I’m looking forward to launching a few new features this month and continuing ones I started last month. * I’m ‘celebrating’ Valentine’s Day with a romance movie every day from the 1st to the 14th. it’s partly because I need an excuse to watch movies since I rarely do and because if I  watch new movies, I have a(nother) reason to launch a feature. I’ll be sharing the lineup on here later and I’ll post it on Twitter, for those interested. The tag will be #FourteenMoviesOfRomance * I’m going to getting things together for Poetic Justice. I’ve hosted it the past two years in April during National Poetry Month. I’m not sure if I’ll do the full month or not, it depends on interest but we’ll see what I come up with. ~All The Books~ The 4th: The 11th: The 18th: The 25th: Reading: Foul Is Fair Most Excited For: Yes No Maybe So, Together We Caught Fire, Break […]

Monthly Recap: April + Looking Forward To: May

~Life~ This month has just been pretty much unbearable. Just seriously every single thing that has happened has just made me so, so done with this year. I’m going to go into detail about this a little bit regarding BEA in a later post, because that’s caused a huge amount of stress. We’re still dealing with a situation at home, so that’s…not fun. More stress there. I’ve been having a lot of anxiety as well just about everything this month, including BEA, so once again, not fun. Really, I’m just trying to keep myself in one piece. Haha. Due to all of this, I’ve gone on a hiatus since the 10th. Fortunately though, I think I’m back. I hope I’m back. I can’t go to BEA when I’m on a month long hiatus, that’s silly. Here’s hoping May gets better, but I have a feeling it’ll be getting a bit more rockier. ~Stats~ WordPress Followers: 210 BlogLovin’ Followers:  # of Views/Visitors: 2,010 / 1,603 # of Blog Posts: 3 # of Likes: 14 # of Comments: 14  Most Viewed Post: From This Month: Indefinite Hiatus Overall: Interview with Leah Thomas ~Book Stats~ # of Books Read: I haven’t finished any books this month, […]

Weekly Recap + Looking Forward To: December ’15

Weekly Recap + Looking Forward To: December ’15

Looking Forward To is my monthly feature where I showcase the books, movies, and movies I’m looking forward to along with everything else.  I’m going to recap what I posted so far in December in this post as well, since there wasn’t a ton. You can read that at the end of the post. 🙂 Oh my gosh, I can’t believe a year went by so fast. That’s a RENT reference, you can expect about a thousand more of them on my blog and on Twitter, don’t tell me you don’t love it. Seriously though, it’s unbelievable. I’m going to have to try to watch some Christmas movie. Eloise At Christmas Time maybe? And Cricket On The Hearth! My favorite Christmas movie that I haven’t actually seen completely. But I mean, it’s Charles Dickens and it’s romantic and it’s animated, so bring it! Speaking of bringing it… Since this post is pretty late (motivation is not my friend this month), I’m going to still talk about things that have already come out. Haha. ~Dec. 1~    ~Dec. 8~   ~Dec. 22~ ~Dec. 29~ I have two sequels (Their Fractured Light and See How They Run) in here where I haven’t read […]

Whoa, I need to preface this a lot, haha, it’s six days late. Oops. So obviously all of the Nov. 3 books and Nov. 6 albums came out already. 🙂 I don’t like November a ton because it starts snowing and being super cold.
